Delivery

1. Delivery Methods

The customer can choose between the following delivery or collection methods for the ordered goods:

• HOME DELIVERY: via our contracted delivery providers, Pošta Slovenije and DPD.
• PERSONAL COLLECTION: at the registered business address of ROKO d.o.o., Miklavška cesta 73, 2311 Hoče, Slovenia.

2. Payment Methods

The customer may pay for the order using one of the following payment methods available in the online store:

• PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: The customer can pay for the order by payment card through the online payment system.
• ADVANCE PAYMENT BY PRO FORMA INVOICE: After placing the order, the customer receives a pro forma invoice by email. Payment is made by bank transfer using the bank details provided on the invoice. The ordered goods will be dispatched after payment has been received.

The available payment methods are displayed to the customer during the checkout process.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Times

Goods in stock are generally handed over to our contracted delivery provider within one business day of the order being placed or payment being received, where applicable.

If dispatch within the stated timeframe is not possible, we will inform the customer in a timely manner.

The estimated delivery time depends on the selected delivery provider and the circumstances of the delivery.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the total weight and dimensions of the ordered goods.

The final delivery cost is calculated automatically in the online shopping cart and displayed to the customer before the order is placed.

Before the order is finally confirmed, the customer is shown the total purchase amount, including delivery costs and any applicable additional charges.

If standard delivery is not possible due to the special dimensions, weight or nature of the ordered goods, we will inform the customer of any additional costs in advance and agree on the delivery method with them.

5. Packaging

ROKO d.o.o. strives to handle packaging responsibly. Therefore, ordered goods may also be shipped in reused or recycled packaging suitable for the safe delivery of products.
